Before you make the decision to return your Walkabout, please keep in mind that we offer a 90-day parts replacement warranty. If for any reason a part is broken, a light is out or a rail is bent, we will replace the part for free. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to resolve your concerns. Remember, your Walkabout can provide you with many years of use and improve your production in the garage.

You may request a return of your purchased item(s) for any reason. This request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, you must provide an order number or receipt for proof of purchase. You can find your order number in your purchase email or in your Walkabout website account. You may access your account by visiting the account page: https://walkaboutplatforms.com/my-account/orders/. If you don’t have the email or are unable to login we will work with you to verify your purchase.
To request a return/refund please use our contact form and select the Returns/Refunds option from the drop down box. Please fill out the form completely and provide as much information as possible.
Once we receive the item(s) in our warehouse, you will be refunded the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. We will notify you on the status of your refund after we receive your item(s). Your refund will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping at the time of your purchase will be deducted from your refund.
Where/How to Ship
Please package your Walkabout in secure packaging to ensure safe delivery. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to inadequate packaging. Please consider using a trackable carrier when shipping the item(s) back to us.
